My car broke down on I-485 when I was enroute to Pineville Hospital. I tried to call numerous towing services in the area. I got voicemail for more than half of them, and the ones that I spoke with quoted a ridiculous price. I'm a retired senior citizen, and I rarely drive. So I opted out of towing service with my insurance company. When I spoke with James he was polite, professional and understanding. Not only did he tow my car for much less than the otherds I spoke with, he also got their sooner than they said that they could be there. Triple M also offers 24 hr towing service. I don't think Yelp will allow me to post the name of the other companies who tried to price gouge me, but they were in the top 10 businesses on Yelp...claiming years of experience. I would recommend Triple M to anyone, and I would give James 10 stars if I could. Please request a quote from Triple M!

During a distressful situation , James answered quickly and was very diplomatic & reassuring the whole time . He towed my SUV that was stalled in a dangerous spot of busy highway without hesitations. His quote and pricing is very reasonable as well. From the time of pick-up , drop off and payment - James was very professional, efficient and communicative even if it was almost as late as 11pm when he completed the job. I highly recommend him and his company for any towing needs you may have.
